Hallo und herzlich Willkommen zu meinem Blog!
Hier werde ich über meine Erlebnisse bei den Sparrow Schools in Johannesburg, Südafrika erzählen und euch auf dem laufenden halten!
Heute bin ich von unserem Vorbereitungsseminar zurück gekommen und bin deshalb hoch motiviert! Dort habe ich alle 28 Freiwilligen die dieses Jahr von meiner Entsendeorganisation SAGE-Net (South-African-German-Network) nach Südafrika geschickt werden kennen und lieben gelernt. Es war eine Informative und Tolle Zeit in Buckow und ich kann es kaum erwarten, sie irgendwann in Südafrika wiederzusehen!!!
In sechs Wochen geht es also los… es bleibt viel zu tun bis es am 27. August losgehen kann.
Das Visum will genehmigt werden (beantragt ist es ja schon), und ein Spenderkreis will aufgebaut werden. Wer mich dabei unterstützen will, die erforderlich 2400€ zusammen zu bekommen ist herzlich eingeladen zu Spenden!

Through this blog, I will keep you posted on my experiences at Sparrow Schools in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Today, I returned from our Seminar prior to my volunteer year. I got to know the 28 Volunteers heading to South Africa with my organization SAGE-Net (South-African-German-Network). It was a pleasure meeting others with the same mind-set and getting to know them and their motivation better. During the past 10 days we had a great time not only making new friends, but also learning how to move around in South Africa, new skills and of course, new Information regarding our stay in South Africa.
In the next six weeks (until my flight date August 27th) I have lots to do. My Visa has to be granted (I applied for it already, so that is out of my hands) and a group of people willing to donate for me is to find.
